Nancy Kalsow is a life enthusiast who ignites your confidence and courage to unleash your inner leader for success and fulfillment. She is an energetic presenter, facilitator, coach and strategist. Nancy draws from her background in a variety of leadership positions to help companies establish inclusive cultures where individuals and teams achieve harmony and results. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRP, SHRM-SCP) and has been facilitating, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams for over 30 years. Nancy lives west of Madison, WI in the heart of Black Earth, with her husband Mike, German Shepard Piper, and acres of prairie and farmland associated with the dairy farm work ethic she proudly represents in her professional relationships.
