With a complimentary SDI 2.0 assessment, this training aligns with the ATD competency model in a very unique way. It’s the only assessment that measures both personality and behavior, and it uniquely does so in the context of relationships. Our webinar gives a complete view of who you are at your core, shows you how to prevent conflict, provides visibility into the strengths you bring to your work, and provides real-time insight to adjust your approach with others for better results.
Here at Core Strengths, we call this Relationship Intelligence (RQ). We believe in it because we’ve seen how this insight improves collaboration at Fortune 100s, how healthcare teams use it to build trust, and how global tech firms rely on it to strengthen team productivity and engagement. But most of all, we’d like to partner with you on this webinar because, in times like these, we could all use more meaningful connections with each other.
