Session Description:
What is authenticity? Do we know it when we see it? We will explore why it is important and why it should be valued. We will examine communication and the power of genuine conversations. You will learn how to achieve time and money savings by communicating authentically. Drawing on the presenter’s personal experience, we will discuss how to create, engage, maintain, and dissemble high-functioning teams. Learn how to have more focused and purposeful meetings and avoid the “meeting after the meeting” pitfalls. Lastly, we will explore topics of self-belief and empathy and the value they have for you and the people in your organization. We will also discuss the importance of trust and empowerment within organizations.
