Session Description:

While we’re familiar with designing and facilitating training that caters to all learning styles (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic), you’ll use DISC as an essential tool to address pace and priority needs related to both the presentation methodology and the content itself to improve comprehension and retention.

About our Presenter:

Pat Hein set out to be an astronomer and has a degree
in Physics and began his career as a teacher. However, his love for people has driven him to bring his teaching experiences to interpersonal training. Most of his work focuses on DiSC, Crucial Conversations, and team performance for UW Medical Foundation, but he’s still a man of many hidden talents, so don’t be surprised if he bursts into song or just leaves you smiling as you learn from his expertise.
