Presenters:
Patti Coan is a learning innovator and strategist, sales training leader and performance coach. Patti empowers individuals, leaders and teams to improve processes and performance. Leveraging Lean thinking and quality improvement tools and techniques, she designs improvement models that achieve short-term objectives and long-term goals. As she manages programs and projects using data to drive change, Patti supports staff in embracing transitions and adopting changes while sustainable results are achieved. Referred by her friends and colleagues as a “continuous improvement model,” her passion for developing people and organizations runs deep. Patti is a Learning Program Manager for Humana, Inc., and also the owner of Samapatti Yoga, offering Raja Yoga classes and coaching in the Madison area. Patti earned her B.S. in Education, M.S. in Educational Psychology and Raja Yoga Certification.
Deborah DeNure, B.S. Education and Human Services; motivational speaker and teambuilding consultant is the founder and Chief Learning Officer of DB Associates (DBA), Training and Consulting. In addition she manages a team of instruction designers for Humana, Inc. Deborah provides a series of training designs to nurture personal and professional skill development, collaborates with Herrmann International delivering Whole Brain Thinking solutions worldwide and is a Master Whole Brain Certified Practitioner. She works with organizations delivering a series of Whole Brain® thinking systems and applications which motivate individuals to perform at their best, help them make decisions that eliminate sentinel events and most importantly put fun back in the workplace. As a thought leader she offers personal, formal and informal leadership insights and designs a variety of educational programs that sustain positive relationships through respect, reward and recognition. Deb is also an avid volunteer.
