Session Description:

Sheryl Sandberg’s book Lean In has inspired many women to feel more comfortable articulating and embracing their career goals. In this session, we’ll talk about how to use the content in Lean In and the associated web site to help support people in articulating career and life goals, and developing a plan to achieve them. While Lean In focuses on career development for women, the principles it embodies apply to women and men alike. Attendees will leave knowing how to develop formal programs in their workplaces and how to create informal networking or peer mentor groups using the Lean In principles.
