The State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is seeking to fill a (DOT Officer) position in the Division of Budget & Strategic Initiatives headquartered in Madison
This position serves as the department’s chief policy and program officer for equity, inclusion and workforce planning programs. This position provides research, policy analysis and guidance to the Administrator’s Office for the Division of Budget and Strategic Initiatives and the Office of the Secretary on orders, requirements and efforts related to equity and inclusion impacting the agency. In addition, this position provides project management responsibilities over assigned areas and serves as the central point of contact for the divisions and executive offices on the agency’s Equity and Inclusion Plan. The position also is responsible for drafting papers, reports and plans related to agency initiatives and is responsible for preparing and delivering presentations and recommendations for senior leaders in the agency.
