    Description

    Learning Content Development & Management 

    • Serve as the primary owner of Learning Management System (LMS); manage content library and all communications vehicles via LMS in coordination with internal cross-functional partners
    • Facilitate the development of training content that is scalable, responsive to business needs, and drives continuous employee development.
    • Design, develop, and deploy training plans, course material, awareness campaigns, reference resources and training documentation.
    • Ensure training is built across multiple instructional delivery modalities, including e-learning, virtual, and face-to-face trainings.
    • Coordinate planning and scheduling of on-site, remote, and multi-day training events with instructors, participants, and management. Arrange for additional resources including technical equipment, meals and refreshments, and facility support
    • Establish a feedback loop to continually monitor progress and assess opportunities.
    • Partner with leadership to identify corporate and business unit training gaps, analyze requirements, and develop curriculum that meets changing organizational needs.
    • Research, evaluate, and recommend effective training solutions in support of corporate strategies and business unit needs.
    • Develop and maintain processes, systems, and materials for corporate learning and development programs and initiatives.
    • Collect feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation.
    • Research and recommend methods and materials for employee training curriculum.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    Required

    Demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices of adult learning theories along with training design and their successful application within the workplace

    3 or more years’ experience in corporate instructional design, e-learning development, training or similar field

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field such as Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education, Organizational Design or Human Resources.
