    This position would be responsible for professional development activities for employees in all segments within the company and at all levels. Focus will be on development of training needs across a broad range of positions and skills, determining the appropriate training methods, track and schedule course work, and ensure consistency of training requirements. 


    • Work closely with the Human Resources Manager and business segment leaders to determine the training pathways needed throughout the company
    • Once pathways have been determined, work with internal and external sources to design and develop training programs around technical and soft skill needs per employee team.
    • Within development of training programs, chose the appropriate method for training per class needs (virtual, on the job, classroom, etc.)
    • Responsible for training set-up (pre-set up and day of), employee scheduling, and tracking of training for all employees.
    • Design and prepare needed educational aids or materials as needed.
    • Research and recommend new training needs and methods of training.
    • Work with the Quality Assurance team to identify repetitive workmanship issues to establish individual training needs. Work to establish training class time to address and train.
    • Work with the Quality Assurance Manager to develop and schedule training for Hot Spot issues. 
    • Track and maintain training records and licensing for trade professionals. Plan and schedule training needs as required.
    • Work with manufactures and product vendors to organize continuing education training and opportunities for trade professional licensing. 


    • Oral Communication: Ability to speak clearly and professionally in all interactions. 
    • Written Communication: Ability to clearly and informatively provide written documentation 
    • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and as a team. Effective communication with supervisor and other team members to properly coordinate needs and activities. 
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, self-diagnose project needs/urgency, and the ability to meet deadlines set forth in a fast-paced work environment. 
    • Technology Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, online websites, Vista, and Learning Management Systems.


    • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum of two years of Human Resources experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 


    • Current valid Driver's License
