    This role provides organizational and change effectiveness expertise to our divisional partners. Responsible for the assessment and development of organizational design and change strategies, collaborating with business partners and HR to effectively deliver on those strategies. The Organization and Change Effectiveness consultant drives effective adoption of changes impacting divisional stakeholders by leveraging defined best practices, methodologies and framework.

    Job Description:

    Primary Accountabilities:

    • Leads the design, development and implementation of organization and change effectiveness strategies for divisional partners to improve the attainment of business goals, including organizational structure design.
    • Collaborates with business partners and HR on the development and implementation of plans that support the execution of strategies.
    • Delivers solutions that focus on business value to the organization and to our customer, incorporating organization effectiveness and change strategies that minimize unnecessary disruption to employees and agents.
    • Counsels divisional leaderships and sponsors on impacts, while providing guidance on effective change leadership accountabilities that will help to engage impacted stakeholders.
    • Conducts sponsor, change impact and risk assessments through feedback sessions and other input channels that help identify resistance points that may impact delivery of organizational design and change solutions.
    • Engages business partners in the building of change leadership capabilities within their organization through leadership coaching, staff mentoring and orientation of self-service tools.
    • Contributes to the evolution of organizational effectiveness and change toolkits and methodologies in order to continuously enhance and evolve service offerings.
    • Provides collaboration and leadership with key business partners that enable effective delivery of solutions.

    Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

    • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing organization effectiveness and/or change strategies.
    • Demonstrated experience consulting and coaching to guide strategic business decisions across all levels of management.
    • Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale organization effectiveness and/or change efforts.
    • Solid knowledge and understanding of organization effectiveness, change management and/or project management methodologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver effectively across multiple efforts simultaneously.

    Additional Job Information:

    This position can be located in Madison or Milwaukee, WI or the Chicago area. Must be willing to travel to Madison, WI as needed if located outside of Madison. During the onboarding period travel could be 3-4 days a week.
