    Position Summary:
    This position provides technical assistance in staffing activities including verifying applicant eligibility, responding to applicant and employee questions, assisting with outreach and recruitment for vacancies, setting up interviews including scheduling and contacting applicants, assisting with collection and analysis of compensation and staffing data, consulting with Recruitment and Staffing team members to determine appropriate scoring and recruitment methods, and auditing reports for compliance with civil service, affirmative action and contract provisions. 

    This position assists supervisors, managers, and HR staff in the process of hiring employees, including working with position descriptions, applicant communication and onboarding, interview facilitation, and recruitment tracking and record keeping. 


    Training and/or experience in Human Resources-related activities such as: coursework in human resources topics, recruitment and selection tasks or an internship with an HR component

    The first round of interviews will be around May 30th, 2018. The anticipated start date of this position is July 9th, 2018.
