    TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT – eLearning Specialist | DIRECT HIRE | MADISON

    $47K - $54K/year depending upon experience

    Here’s a chance to use your 3+ years’ experience developing eLearning courses where you can make a big impact on the

    training and development of employees and clients.  This is a newly created position with one of our Madison clients.

    DUTIES INCLUDE:

    · Develop eLearning curriculum for management and operational programs

    · Develop new eLearning training modules with the LMS platform

    · Make recommendations for new delivery methods

    · Maintain schedules of courses

    · Maintain accurate records of eLearning training

    · Experience in Adobe Captive & Camtasia or other eLearning software; comfortable with learning technology

    · Ability to work independently as well as in a team

    · Strong written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills

    DESIRED CANDIDATES:

    · Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design

    · 3 years + experience creating eLearning courses

    · Demonstrated expertise in eLearning instructional design and adult learning theory

    · Understanding of insurance processes; experience developing training materials in the insurance industry is highly desired

    · Experience in Adobe Captive & Camtasia or other eLearning software; comfortable with learning technology

    · Ability to work independently as well as in a team

    · Strong written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills
