Workshop Description

According to Gallup Polls, over 80% of workers today are stressed due to increased work demands. From coping with personal "baggage" to daily schedule overload and increasing expectations, stress is killing us!  The solution: learn to use your own personal "pharmacy!" Laughter is a respiratory exercise that triggers energy, productivity, and extraordinary wellness.

How do we incorporate appropriate humor and laughter in our lives and the lives of our employees and trainees so we can all reap these huge benefits?  That's what our February workshop is all about!

As a participant you can expect to:

  • Learn how stress affects your mind and body
  • Discover the healing powers of the two types of laughter
  • Learn how laughter can enhance learning!
  • Be introduced to "mindful laughter fitness" being used globally
  • Experience 6 techniques for developing your sense of humor
  • Gain skills that will have a positive impact on your life and the lives of your learners
