Leanne Hughes is an international facilitator, trusted advisor and speaker who loves creating unpredictable workshop experiences, that predictably work. She combines her experience in Marketing, her passion for group dynamics, with her education in Psychology, to help leaders dramatically improve their project teams' performance.
Based in Brisbane, Australia, Leanne has partnered with organisations all around the world (in-person and virtual) including Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea and Singapore and believes in a strengths-centred approach to learning and development. She has over 14 years’ of experience across a range of industries including mining, government and tourism sectors.
She’s the host of the First Time Facilitator podcast and is a finalist in the 2021 Australian Learning Impact awards for Learning Professional of the Year.

Nancy Kalsow is a life enthusiast who ignites your confidence and courage to unleash your inner leader for success and fulfillment. She is an energetic presenter, facilitator, coach and strategist. Nancy draws from her background in a variety of leadership positions to help companies establish inclusive cultures where individuals and teams achieve harmony and results. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRP, SHRM-SCP) and has been facilitating, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams for over 30 years.
Nancy lives west of Madison, WI in the heart of Black Earth, with her husband Mike, German Shepard Piper, and acres of prairie and farmland associated with the dairy farm work ethic she proudly represents in her professional relationships.
