As more and more people head back to the office, many of us are faced with the challenge of adopting a hybrid learning strategy. We need to juggle the needs of in person, virtual, and asynchronous learners. This is no easy task and every company will have a different approach.
In this discussion-based session we will explore what we know right now and how others are adapting to the challenge of returning to the office with so much unknown. We will also look into the proverbial crystal ball to explore what might be coming next and how you can continue to adapt
Mike recently surpassed ten years in the talent development and has spent that time in various roles ranging from facilitation to managing training and is currently an instructional designer with Sentry Insurance. With his experience he likes to think about the way people learn and apply his training. He is currently on the ATD-MAC board serving as the VP of Marketing and obtained the CPTD in January of 2020.
