Let's dig further into virtual (and potentially hybrid) learning practices!
Join the Madison-area L&D community to share ideas and best practices from the second half of Cindy Huggett's book, Virtual Training Tools and Templates! These chapters include activity development, participant prep, and evaluations. We will get into some hybrid learning ideas as well. You do not need to have read the book to join us. You also do not need to have attended the first part of our book club to join us on the 20th!
All are welcome to attend this free event! When Cindy presented at our first virtual conference, she shared many tools and techniques around what we can do in the virtual training space. Her book goes through an easy-to-follow process of how to create and structure virtual training. Whether you've been creating virtual training for a while, are new to the scene, or have some questions about what other pros in the field are doing, join us and share what has worked for you.
Jan is a facilitator for the State of Wisconsin who loves to build meaningful connections with the teams he works with. Some of his favorite topics include team effectiveness, coaching, EQ, resiliency, and many more. You might have seen him in the background of events or through emails as he is currently the VP of Technology for ATD-MAC. He is excited to build on some of the great conversations from the virtual conference!
