Derrick has a BA in Econonics, an MA in English and an MBA with a concentration in finance. He has spoken on planning, analysis and project management throughout the US and in Asia and Europe. Derrick has published two books and dozens of articles, including a column for the Healthcare Financial Managers Association.
Tom, now COO of Inotiv, has been VP of Finance for Covance and CEO of three businesses, where he had to work with banks, VC's and skeptical corporate parents. He has an MBA from Northwestern university in management, finance, and accounting and a BA in Economics. Tom knows his numbers. He's heard 1,000 ridiculous requests for money for every conceivable thing, including training. He's going to give us the hard truths about making a pitch for T&D dollars that are 100% b.s.-free.
